I eventually decided to start my own firm so that I could focus on core areas of IT / Digital Transformation.  I landed multiple contracts in which I was brought in to work with C-level executives to analyze and enhance the performance of their organizations, while helping them adopt modern methodologies, and tools.  One of the most important aspects of my work was to address shifts in culture.  I continued to wear many different hats within these engagements; leveraging my full set of skills and my broad experience.
